Some Spring Sports

We've been enjoying watching the kids play sports.  This time I'll highlight Troy who's playing baseball for our city league on the Yankees and some soccer for his other team.  He loves both.  He's been playing shortstop and doing some pitching.  In soccer he runs the midfield and puts in some nice goals and assists.  We just love the friendships and encouragement Troy gives and gets from other players and coaches.  I'm so thankful for great coaches who mesh well with his personality.  We enjoy the friendships we continue to make with families who also love sports, too.  Makes for fun times spent outside on these beautiful spring days. :) P.S. Those lovely ladies in the last pictures are not soccer moms (their words, not mine!), they're Katie and her friends visiting us for their spring break!  Such fun!

Go #13 and 30!
I lost track of #30 in the photo of the goal being scored. Must have been Troy's because the photo before shows him driving to the goal, the keeper with a look of panic on his face.
I like the baseball image of you standing on second. You must have given the ball a good knock.
Thanks, Kristin. Dad
