Final Softball Game of Kam's Junior Year

These are some highlights from Kam's last softball game of the season.  For her last at bat, she hit an over the fence home run!  It was very exciting and a super fun way to end the season!  I was fortunate to have gone down by the third base line to get some pics.  I especially like the one of her high-fiving her coach.  Love how the girls all run out to congratulate her at home, too.  We honored the one and only Senior with some gifts and flowers to end the season.

Eagles Softball 2017

Kam was again part of the Lady Eagles Softball Team.  She was a co-captain this year, too.  The team was made up of many younger players.  It took awhile for the team to learn to play together, but they had some exciting games for us to watch and cheer them on!  Kam played shortstop and did a little catching and even a little pitching when they needed her. We look forward to watching Kam's last season of softball next Spring.  Go Eagles!

National History Day 2017

Kam and her friends did a great job on their project for National History Day at their high school.  Kam was Sally Ride and rocked her costume (including an awesome wig).  In the first two pics they are doing their "Hidden Figures" walk for my camera.   Great job, girls!

Easter 2017

We had a great Easter service at church and then enjoyed lunch at our house with some friends.  There was a full-contact Easter egg hunt and much good food!  I hope our kids never get too old for a good Easter egg hunt!  ;-)

Troy's Profession of Faith April 2017

We were blessed to witness Troy's Profession of Faith in our church.  We are so proud that he decided to make a stand for his love for the Lord and become a member of the church.  What a great day!  Also, yes, Scott did get choked up. ;-)
